Find Me/Follow Me

Allows you to define how incoming calls are routed or forwarded for individuals or groups of inbound callers— ensuring that you receive important calls whether you’re at your desk, on the road, or anywhere else.
Audio Conferencing

All employees can host audio conferences using simple, intuitive desktop and mobile clients. Each employee/user will have their own conference code and leader PIN number for on-demand audio conferencing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Call Center

Provides a simple and scalable call queuing service so that customers won’t receive a busy signal when calling your business. Also offers advanced features such as skills based routing and real-time reporting.

Hosted Voice Mobile

By accessing the Voice Manager on your smartphone, you can make and receive calls on your cell phone. These calls use your VoIP phone number, so you can take advantage of unlimited long-distance calling.

Visual Voicemail

Receive voicemail messages and faxes as email attachments. Voicemail messages appear as transcriptions; faxes are included as PDF attachments. If available, the caller or sender’s name and number are included in the subject line.
